She also likes to include journaling for self-reflection and gentle stretches to take relaxation to the next level.

Theresa is a certified yoga teacher who loves to inspire others with her creative and holistic approach to well-being. Her yoga classes offer something for everyone, from the calming depth of Yin Yoga to the dynamic flow of Vinyasa and the playful connection of Acro Yoga. Theresa loves encouraging others to use their hands and explore mindfulness through creative activities, such as macramé, bracelet-making, and mindful crafting. Her book reading club offers another opportunity for connection and inspiration, bringing together individuals to explore ideas and share meaningful discussions.

On weekends, dive into creative and reflective afternoon sessions designed to inspire and engage.
