Half Day Retreat at Alaya

Welcome to Alaya Retreat Centre for a time of rejuvenation and wellness. Escape the city and come and spend a day in nature with your family or friends. Join us for a day of holistic rejuvenation, designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Our thoughtfully curated program combines mindfulness practices, physical activities and nourishing meals to ensure a balanced and fulfilling experience. We offer a half day program with: 1 yoga class, a brunch, a mantra signing session and free time to enjoy our pool and gardens. We are organizing these days throughout the summer, please inquire about the date of your choice. Optional: if you would like to spend the night, that is always an option if there is availability in one of our rooms.

9.30 Arrival and checkin at the Retreat Centre and welcome by our staff with coffee or tea.

10.00 Yoga practice (90 minutes): Begin your day with a revitalizing session combining asanas, pranayamas and meditation.

12.00 Vegetarian brunch: Enjoy a nutritious brunch featuring fresh, organic ingredients. Our menu is designed to fuel your body and energize you for the day ahead.

14.00 Mantra meditation session lead by Alex and his guitar. A practice for cultivating mindfulness and inner peace.

15.00 Light Yogi snack and pool time: Time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
