Welcome to Alaya Retreat Centre for a full day of rejuvenation and wellness. Escape the city and immerse yourself in nature with your family, friends, or on your own. This day is designed to holistically nourish your body, mind, and soul through mindfulness practices, movement, relaxation, and nourishing food.
Our thoughtfully curated program includes:
Two yoga sessions (morning asana practice + afternoon grounding workshop)
A healthy vegetarian brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner
A Group Healing & Inner Journey Workshop to support emotional and energetic renewal
Free time to enjoy our pool, gardens, jacuzzi, or book a massage
